Ingredients:
- l kilogram flour
- 4 eggs
- 400 grams sugar
- 1 diced yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- grated pumpkin
- 1 and a half pack of butter
- vanilla sugar
- juice from one lemon
- spices to taste
Place yeast in warm milk and cream and mix well.
Mix butter with sugar until sugar crystals melt, then add 3 eggs, milk , cream and yeast. After you have mixed, add flour and some sweet spices and mix well. Grease a pan with butter. Spread the dough on a tray (as shown).
Fill the sheet with pumpkin, close the dough like an envelope, rub with butter and the remaining egg.
Bake at low heat for half an hour, maybe more.

Ingredients:
- 500 g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- oil
- salt
- cream (optional)
Mix cheese with egg yolks well, add flour, salt and egg whites. Take a spoon and form spheres(you can made what shapes you want).

Give to flour and fry in very hot oil.

Note: Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and cream. You can also add jam.

Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 pounds biscuits
- 1 litre milk
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 yolks
- 1 / 2 cup wine
For cream:
- 4 egg withes
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons marmalade
Mix in a cake pan four tablespoons of sugar, flour and egg yolks. In another pan put milk to boil . Put milk in the cake pan over the composition obtained of sugar , flour and egg yolks and put the cake pan on low heat. Mix well and when the cream begins to thicken add a glass of wine.
Break the biscuits into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Above them add the hot wine cream. Let cool.
The next day place the mixture on a round plate-shaped cake, or rectangular. Beat the egg whites with sugar and four tablespoons of the marmalade and cover the cake completely with the resulting composition.

Ingredients:
- 700 grams chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 200 grams cream
- a cup of brandy or liqueur
- roasted peanuts
Melt chocolate at bain- marie. Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla cream. Mix the egg white and add them over the yolks along with melted chocolate and cognac. Mix well and leave in the fridge for about 4 hours.
When you want to serve the mousse au chocolat , place the hazelnuts on top. You can also add some fruit ( like strawberries, grapes) and also whipped cream.

Ingredients:
For dough:
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 400 g flour
- baking soda
- 400 grams of raspberry or strawberry jam
- ammonium bicarbonate
For cream :
- 100 g butter
- 125 g meal
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- juice from 1 lemon
- juice from 1 orange
- canned fruit (apricots, grapes, etc.)
Mix ammonium bicarbonate with the lemon juice, then add oil, sugar, eggs, sodium bicarbonate, and mix until sugar crystals melt. Add flour, mix well, let stand for about 15 minutes and stretch thin sheet made of the dough. Place in oven on a greased tray dusted with flour for about 4 – 5 minutes. Let the sheet to cool.
The cream is prepared as follows: Boil milk with sugar and semolina until it becomes thick and boils well. Move away from the heat, add butter and mix composition. Allow to cool, add lemon and orange juice and mix well.
The cake is obtained by placing a sheet , then a layer of cream of semolina, a sheet, a layer of semolina cream, canned fruit, a sheet , jam in a thin layer, a sheet and then jam in a thin layer sprinkled with coconut .
Let cool for about 12 hours.
When you want to serve it , you can decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruits.
